A life spent working with bodies.
Before maru, I spent years as a health coach and bodyworker, helping people settle their minds and bodies. If all those bodies taught me one thing, it is this: the right answer is different for every single person.
When I put a CGM sensor on my own arm and started logging every meal, something clicked — behind the numbers, I could see my own context. The same plate lands differently depending on sleep and time of day. It read like a letter, not a scorecard.
